At St. Paul’s we all seem to enjoy each other’s company! And we enjoy the company of the community at large, with our annual bazaar (“Mistletoe Fair”) and well-attended late spring yard sale. We also seek each other out in a number of ways. There’s the monthly Men’s Cafe and (not to be left out) the monthly Women’s Cafe, and the occasional Dinner and a Movie night. These are well-attended and popular events.
Coffee Hours are held after the 8 and 10 am liturgies every Sunday. These occasions provide an important contribution to parish life by encouraging friendly gatherings, and providing the many attendees ideal time to get to know each other and to welcome newcomers. People willing to assist with setting up and providing refreshments are welcome to volunteer.
Newcomers’ Wine & Cheese
From time to time, we invite all newcomers to a special Wine & Cheese gathering at the Rectory. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to meet one another and a chance to meet some of the parish leadership in an informal and enjoyable manner where newcomers may ask ask questions and receive information about the parish.
Every June we enjoy a special service on Sunday morning and follow it up with a fun-filled picnic on the church grounds.
