Located in downtown Newmarket, just west of historic Main Street, St. Paul’s offers event facilities for meetings, workshops, product launches, annual general meetings and small receptions. We can accommodate groups of up to 60 people in our lower hall. Except for the lower hall, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Special Events Permit & Alcohol
St. Paul’s is not a licensed venue. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the premises without the applicable LCBO permit (Special Occasion Permit), which must be obtained by the renter from the LCBO. No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed in the building outside of the space rented. No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed in the courtyard without the applicable outdoor permit. The Lessee must supply St. Paul’s with a copy of all permits prior to the date of the event. For more information about permits, visit www.agco.on.ca.

Storage
Short and long term storage of equipment for a rental is available only with prior permission, and is dependent upon space limitations at St. Paul’s and is subject to a fee. St. Paul’s does not take responsibility for items stored on the premises.

Access
St. Paul’s will arrange for access to the facilities.

Candles
Candles are permitted in designated spaces only. Use of candles must be discussed prior to use.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on St. Paul’s property.
